I am writing to request a quote for an upcoming event we have at the Courtland Grand Hotel located at 165 Courtland St NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. We are a production company looking for a cross-rental partner to provide the following equipment and labor.

Please note our specific schedule and technical requirements below:

EVENT SCHEDULE

Setup & Testing: Tuesday, [2/24] (12:00 PM =E2=80=93 = Completion - (Estimated at ~3-4 hrs)

Show Day 1: Wednesday ----

Show Day 2: Thursday ----

Show Day 3: Friday ----

Strike/Load-out: Friday, [2/27] (12:00 PM immediately following event)

EQUIPMENT LIST

(2) 6' x 10' Projection Screens (including Bottom = Skirts)

*NOTE* We will provide our = own projectors.

(40) Linear Feet of Pipe and Drape (Black)

(1) Stage Wash Kit: (4) LED Leko Fixtures (Source Four LED or similar)

(2) Lighting Crank Stands/Trees with T-Bars

(2) Drape / Scrim Covers for Lighting Stands

(1) Rigging Kit: Necessary Clamps, Safety Cables, and Adapters

(1) DMX Cabling (Cabling must support 50'=E2=80=9375'= separation between trees and a 50'=E2=80=9375' home run to our = console)

*NOTE* We will provide = our own small lighting console with 3 and 5 pin outs.=

(8) LED Uplights (these are standalone and do not need to be cabled up - for Pipe and Drape)

(4) JBL, EV or Similar Powered Speakers
